EVALUATION
This Project Is a Graphics Design project, and the theme is a live brief to advertise a skating park called Pumcage.
I wasn't sure if to include colours because in my research I've seen many skateboarding videos and brands that tend to stay on the black and white course, but I really like colours in general so I added to the brand two main colours that are Yellow and Red, I choose Yellow because it stimulates hunger and I took that as metaphor to stimulate hunger towards the skating activate and dedicating to a hobby, and Red as a subconscious warning that the sport can be dangerous, and that’s why it's fun and entertaining.

For this project I used digital techniques to edit and put together my creative work, photography to take the primary images I needed and motion for the video, all these three methods have been put together to experiment and learn.

I choose these techniques, mainly because I think they suited better for what I know and like, and because I really wanted to learn more about some applications like, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro.

My final designs are meant to promote and sponsor the Skating Park and the brand Pumpcage.
I think I've achieved that even though I still think my work isn't as professional as it could be, due to the fact I find it hard to concentrate on multiple task such as making annotations research, so I lose time on many things and don't managed to get my work together in a presentable manner.
I like some of my final designs, I probably would have liked to concentrate more on one idea, instead of trying to make more things as possible, but at the end I enjoyed learning new styles and techniques so I'm happy how the project turned out.
I really think you can understand that my work is aiming to promote or sponsor and skate park, so I am quite happy I at least made the viewer understand the message, I don't think my work suits the target audience fully just because, this skate park has girl meet ups too, and unfortunately I was not allowed to film or take photos, so that is one thing that didn't go as planed, but to compensate I do think my overall work does look like a brand, and sticks to the "BRAND" theme, due to the style and look.

I could have done better under the originality side of the work, but being so restricted to research and getting a decent grade, I feel a bit less free to exaggerate or try weird things, and that’s just how I and but I can definitely work on that.

Even though I criticized my own project though out the months, at the end I do think my work could definitely help sponsor or get the world round that there is an awesome skate park in Manchester.

I think my work could be improved by making a longer video and putting more effort in to it, I was quite sad that I couldn't finish it or it didn't look how I wanted it too, but I haft to blame my self for still not being able to organize my work priorities.

I do like the 2D side of my work, I’m quite proud of it, even though I could have made more final pieces.

And I really need to learn how to recall artist in my work and respond to the properly, and still making the work inspired by them but at the same time my own.

The general project Idea did meet my initial intentions, I mean the Idea came out like I wanted too, but maybe the work took longer then expected because I didn't realize the many difficulties to over come.
