I think the first part and the end of this video are the best because the transitions flow nicely and it feels right, on the other hand, I don't really think the concert in the middle was the best choice, after re-watching it i decided to cut the video short by cutting some clips of the concert because I felt it took too much time of the video.
I'm pleased with the final result even tho I'm aware that I could and should have done way better.
Statement Of Intent
I have decided that for this project I am going to look at video making/editing to improve my skills and expand my knowledge on the subject, my aim is to make at least 2 experiments videos and a final one.
I will even take some photography to incorporate in the project and hopefully in the videos as well because I haft to make a catalog for work experience I was thinking to make a catalog to go with my Final video of my images and some things I find cool.
To start I will look at a range of you tubers that do tutorials and general video editing, then I will research some history of cinematography and film making in general, then I will follow up with some artist research you tubers cinematographers photographers and self-claimed artists.
I'm planning to make some mind maps and hopefully at least one storyboard as a preparation for an experiment video or the final video.
I will be visiting my home town in Italy Manchester and Bury, and if I have more time for other videos I will update with a new statement describing the change of ideas or the added places I will eventually visit.
I hope to create something that I like, using Premier Pro and maybe Photoshop, I wish the outcome can be a bit professional even tho I haven't got the skills or the camera equipment to make high quality video, my video is gone be made with my phone so I'm looking forward to see the outcome, I think that the compositions and finding cool shoots is gone be really hard but I will see on the spot.
I have 8 weeks to produce this project so I will divide my time up so that hopefully I finish in time for the deadline.
My Freelance Job
I got ask by a Company in Italy to help them remake their catalog, I found this job because I'm planning to go and work there next year as a start-up job to get some money.
they knew the graphic design studies because I showed them some work and then got the job.
The job consist's in modernizing there brochures.
I have received an email from the company with there original catalogs, and the plan is to redesign them.
For Personal reason's I decided to complete this side project in my personal time because I didn't want to rush things.
The choice I made explains that it is important for me that this assignment is 100% professional so I want to take my time.
