Why do you buy cards?

Why do some people buy cards? As a greeting?,  for memory, just to share your thoughts and feelings, to have something to write your name on, because it's tradition, because you got gifted a card and you liked it, it's a special moment and you want the message to be straight forward if there is an event of a lot of people, so the person who receives the card can read it at home and feel pleased and loved even from far away, it's a way to get in contact with our history of writing a paper piece, instead of sending an email or message, it has become more exceptional.

History of the modern card.

Currently, greeting cards sell for all different prices. I checked three different types of shops. A lower end shop, a middle end, and a higher end shop. The prices all varied. The lower end shop 'Card Factory', the cards were 99p minimum. The middle-end shop 'Clintons', the cards were £1.59 minimum. And Finally the high-end shop 'M&S' the cards were minimum £2.50

All the cards that I looked at were all 21st.

The costume of sending greeting cards can be traced back to the ancient Chinese, who exchanged messages of good will to celebrate the New Year, and to the early Egyptians, who conveyed their greeting cards, known as studio cards. became popular in the late 1940s and 1950s.
